    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Safety Statement:</strong></p><p>This is not a safety sensitive position.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>Supports all customer order generation and fulfillment groups, including Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, and Distribution, by providing the information, tools, and processes required to effectively operate the business. &nbsp;Provides support to manufacturing in attaining all divisional goals for manufacturing.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducts time and Motion analysis as input for all business system labor standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts analysis for business system material usage standards, and material specifications.</li><li>Determines, develops, and maintains product process routings as input for business system product routings.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and maintains/provides input, for all business system master data.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides manufacturing facilities layouts to provide for efficient flow of materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops product cost estimates for product development groups and Customer Service.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops, communicates, and effects Engineering Change Requests/Authorizations, including update of drawings, and other product related documents that improve cost, quality, and delivery.</li><li>Identifies, develops, and effects work environment improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Initiates and effects improvements in methods, materials, and processes to support manufacturing cost improvement goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides support to Marketing and New Product Development to allow timely introduction of new products to manufacturing.</li><li>Uses quality management tools and methodologies to identify product quality standards and opportunities for improvements in product quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Qualifies, monitors, and analyzes vendor manufacturing and delivery processes and performance to fulfill business objectives and goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide information to accounting for verification of production costs.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be flexible to perform other duties as assigned and required.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Knowledgeable in the basics of product packaging.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have an extensive understanding of and the functional capability to develop and maintain business system master data.</li><li>Must be proficient with a moderate level in Computer Aided Design/Drafting (e.g., AutoCAD)&nbsp;</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Must be able to work in a standard office environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be very detail orientated and possess strong organizational skills</li><li>Must have knowledge and proficient use of applicable office-related equipment.</li><li>Must have excellent team skills, be flexible, and be able to meet and maintain performance standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Must display the applicable level of &ldquo;Job-Critical Skills&rdquo;: communications, judgment/decision making, safety, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, flexibility, leadership, service, motivation, planning/organizing, and job knowledge/skills development.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field and experience in Industrial Engineering functions including time and motion analysis and cellular manufacturing.&nbsp;</li><li>Some experience in welding, metal fabrication, finishing, &ldquo;engineered wood&rdquo; working, assembly, and packaging.</li><li>A working knowledge of outlook.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>Will require the ability to sit at desk, as needed up to 75% or more of the work hours and the ability to lift as needed up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis. &nbsp;Must be able to adjust to applicable environmental conditions, to include changes in temperature. &nbsp;May occasionally be exposed to chemicals, heat, cold, dust, and/or other operational conditions. &nbsp;Must wear applicable hearing protection while in the production/distribution floor environment. &nbsp;</p><p>This job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this&nbsp;classification.&nbsp;It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
