If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, loves motorcycles, and enjoys collaborating across departments, then buckle up—this could be the ride of your life!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Main Duties:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor the full transport cycle across the 365 Moto operation and associated 4th Dimension Group businesses.</li>\n<li>Ensure motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently across the UK.</li>\n<li>Handle over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily, communicating with drivers, clients, and partner companies.</li>\n<li>Plan, organize, and issue routes using our in-house logistics systems.</li>\n<li>Ensure customers are informed about and make payments for excess and additional charges.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Driver Team Leaders to maintain vehicle standards and performance.</li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and service quality.</li>\n<li>Liaise with internal teams like MotoMine, Hire Fleet, and Farnham Honda to meet all transportation needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Skills:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in Portuguese and English.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.</li>\n<li>Comfortable using logistics and planning systems.</li>\n<li>Proactive, team-first attitude with a drive to exceed expectations.</li>\n<li>Passion for continuous improvement and personal development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Bonus Points For:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in transport or logistics coordination.</li>\n<li>A passion for motorcycles or automotive logistics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Essentials:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>🕒 Hours: Tuesday to Saturday</li>\n<li>🕒 Hours: Shift Patterned - Earliest start: 7am Latest finish: 630pm </li>\n<li>💷 Salary: £27,000 to £28,500</li>\n<li>📍 Location: On-site, Egham Central, Surrey - Some Hybrid availability after Probation </li>\n<li>📋 Contract: Full-time</li>\n<li>🎁 Perks: Competitive company benefits, training &amp; development opportunities, and an energetic, supportive team culture</li>\n</ul>",
