Description

Client Service Representative We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced Collections team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for reviewing collections accounts for accuracy and completeness and processing a high-volume of documents relating to incoming collection files. There will be heavy contact with clients, verbally and in writing, to request documents and answer questions. It is our mission to provide the highest quality, cost-effective legal services to our clients. Compensation: $21.00-$24.00/hourly Responsibilities: Communicate with clients via phone and email to obtain necessary information Review collection files for accuracy and completeness Enter appropriate notes regarding accounts into databases Organize reports, calculate invoices, and redact documents Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed by the department Provide occasional backup receptionist coverage Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 1+ year office administrative experience Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel High attention to detail and ability to multi-task Versatile computer skills The following qualifications are preferred: Previous rental housing industry or property management experience Schedule: Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. We currently offer a hybrid work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
