Our products protect human life and personal property, improve the quality of life, generate economic prosperity, and connect society.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Titan Florida, LLC has an immediate opening for a <strong>Truck Driver</strong> for our Pennsuco Quarry Aggregates Division in Medley, FL. This wage non-exempt position is assigned to the Quarry Department and will report to the Quarry Manager or leadman.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all required safety checks and follow all safety rules, regulations and actively participate in the Safety Committee meetings.</li>\n <li>Operate the equipment safely and efficiently to maintain production standards, always looking for ways to be more productive.</li>\n <li>Ability to recognize when machine is not working correctly and react accordingly.</li>\n <li>Perform a pre-operation inspection on equipment.</li>\n <li>Fill out all required paperwork.</li>\n <li>Drive defensively while working and moving material to Primary.</li>\n <li>Communicate with the Primary Tower Operator, Loader Operators and Quarry Manager.</li>\n <li>Keep equipment clean and safe.</li>\n <li>Clean with a shovel, water hose, etc. when the primary or truck is down.</li>\n <li>Assist maintenance department as needed when equipment is down for repairs.</li>\n <li>Willing and able to task train on various equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Safety minded, eager to learn new things, positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Safety conscious at all times for the protection of self, team members, and community.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with professional decorum, oral and written.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of material specifications, preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with others. Easy to supervise.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge in equipment operation.</li>\n <li>Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Able to see, hear, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Shift:</u></em></strong></p>\n<p>3rd Shift (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.).  Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
