Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide superlative service and support to customers.</li>\n<li>Improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Processing of parts orders and providing parts pricing for repair order for all products.</li>\n<li>Place orders and generate job sheets to be sent to the shop to manufacture product to fill order request.</li>\n<li>Communicate with customers verbally and in writing.</li>\n<li>Provide order status, tracking information and ship date information to customers and others.</li>\n<li>Release existing quotes for fabrication.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment.</li>\n<li>2-5 years experience interacting with customers preferred.</li>\n<li>Must possess superior communication skills.</li>\n<li>Must have experience in a customer service environment communicating with customers, processing or imputing orders and/or high volumes of data entry.</li>\n<li>Rolling door knowledge and mechanical background a plus.</li>\n<li>We offer a competitive salary plus a very comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, paid holidays, sick, and vacation time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Choose a Career With Us?</span></p>\n<p>We don't just manufacture doors; we engineer the \"front door\" of the American dream and the security of global commerce.
