The right candidate will support the Corporate Risk Manager in administering and coordinating the company’s insurance programs, including Builders Risk, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, HOA coverage, and other lines of business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain data and documentation for the HOA insurance program across divisions and regions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines. Coordinate and update HOA governance, entity, and program records in centralized storage. Prepare monthly reports identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in HOA governance and entity information. Update and submit required reporting for HOA board members to corporate D&O carriers. Review corporate Builders Risk insurance reporting for gaps, inconsistencies, and errors. Track, update, and report the status of corporate and HOA insurance claims. Sustain positive working relationships with insurance brokers and external partners. Oversee and update corporate and HOA insurance renewal documentation. Support training related to risk management programs. Work is typically performed in a moderate-noise office environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with insurance claims, renewals, or policy administration.
