    "description": "<p>Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer a variety of mental health services including medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses. We are looking a for hard working and empathetic individual to join our team as a TMS Technician. In this vital role, you will help ensure smooth clinic operations and deliver supportive, high-quality care experiences for our patients. If you are passionate about mental health, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply. Previous experience in TMS therapy no required. We will provide training.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TMS Technician Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>· Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.</p>\n<p>· Provide good communication with the physician and other members of the team</p>\n<p>· Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or anxiety.</p>\n<p>· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.</p>\n<p>· Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.</p>\n<p>· Record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using medical scheduling software.</p>\n<p>· Front desk receptionist duties, including answering phones, customer service, and scheduling</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>· At least 5 years of experience working in mental health or at least 1 year of work toward a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work</p>\n<p>· Ability to expertly document patient care and transcribe patient appointments.</p>\n<p>· Expert attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all documentation and records.</p>\n<p>· High level of interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.</p>\n<p>· Strong organizational and time management skills.</p>\n<p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits: </span></p>\n<p>· $48,000-$56,000 annually based on education and experience.</p>\n<p>· Health, dental, and vision insurance.</p>\n<p>· Paid time off and holidays</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Clinic hours are 7 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday. Technician shifts vary.</p>",
