This role will focus on designing and delivering innovative analytical solutions, building impactful reports, and developing data-driven insights that guide key business decisions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business acumen and technical proficiency, with the ability to develop, explore, analyze, and clearly communicate data insights to a business audience. This role will play a pivotal part in advancing our reporting & Insights capabilities, improving data accessibility, and empowering leadership with actionable intelligence to drive performance and growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team serves as the analytical and strategic backbone of our organization. Our department (and team) is a collaborative hub where data, analytics, and strategy converge to drive growth. We enable our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other key teams and leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions that accelerate revenue performance and operational excellence across the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our data & reporting capabilities. Our work directly influences revenue strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth which offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re passionate about leveraging data to tell compelling stories, improve performance with key insights, and shape strategic direction, this team offers the platform, collaboration, and visibility to do exactly that.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a Data Visualization Analyst, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Source, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data from multiple systems to support reporting, analytics, and decision making across Revenue Operations.</li>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain data workflows, ETL processes, and centralized repositories to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.</li>\n <li>Build and manage dashboards, reports, and Insights to provide actionable business outcomes.</li>\n <li>Take a proactive, consultative approach to analytics by asking the right questions of the data and recommending strategies aligned to business goals.</li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to align data definitions, reporting needs, and business objectives.</li>\n <li>Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and leadership through clear storytelling, visualization, and presentation of data-driven findings.</li>\n <li>Adopt automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency through innovative use of technology and data solutions.</li>\n <li>Support knowledge sharing by documenting processes, mentoring peers, and promoting data governance, quality, and security best practices while aligning with the data team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field with up to 2 years of relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in an Associate/Analyst, data, or consulting role supporting business, or Revenue and/or sales operations.</li>\n <li>Understanding data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and reporting tools, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li>\n <li>Python or other coding languages</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to Power Apps or similar tools preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates curiosity, reliability, and collaboration, with a strong interest in data, analytics, and continuous improvement and automation. </li>\n <li>Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.</li>\n <li>Location:  Cary, HQ Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office per week).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on experience with SAS technologies, including SAS 9 and SAS Viya usage and administration; familiarity with Linux environments and coding in python is a plus.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and SAS foundation architecture and resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Additional competencies, knowledge and skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Decision Making - Identifying and understanding problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information; choosing the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions; taking action that is consistent with available facts and constraints and optimizing probable consequences.</li>\n <li>Technical / Professional Knowledge and Skills - Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical, functional, and/or professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise; leveraging expert knowledge to accomplish results.</li>\n <li>SAS Programming, SAS Data Management, SQL or use of relevant data cleansing tool experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Understanding of fundamental data concepts (table joins, data duplication, Boolean logic, if/then logic) is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>World-class benefits </strong> </p>\n<p>Highlights include...</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental and vision plans.</li>\n <li>Medical plan options include:\n  <ul>\n   <li>PPO with low annual deductible and copays.</li>\n   <li>HDHP combined with a health savings account with a contribution from SAS (no access to on-site health care center).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Onsite Health Care Center (HQ) that’s free to employees and family members enrolled in the PPO plan.
