This role is responsible for profitable field operations. The Project Superintendent plays a critical role in establishing a safety culture on the jobsite and will work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve the best outcome possible. font-size: 13px\">Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Develop and update the project schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Prepare two-week look ahead schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Maintain accurate cost reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
