    "description": "<p>We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Engineering Manager to lead and grow two dynamic teams responsible for our core data infrastructure and user-facing applications. This is a pivotal role combining technical oversight, people management, and cross-functional collaboration.\n<br>You will manage:<br>\n</p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team A:</span><span> </span>Focused on Oracle, Oracle APEX, Pandas (Python), and Elasticsearch</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team B:</span><span> </span>Focused on React, Node.js, and C</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span>\n<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">People Management</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across two streams.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across both teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project &amp; Technical Leadership</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery timelines across both teams.</li>\n<li>Ensure architectural and code quality across both backend and frontend stacks.</li>\n<li>Support decision-making around technical trade-offs and scaling challenges.</li>\n<li>Drive documentation, testing, and process improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Team Collaboration</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Product, UI/UX and DevOps to ensure timely and effective delivery.</li>\n<li>Serve as a bridge between the two teams to manage interdependencies.</li>\n<li>Represent engineering in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.</li>\n</ul>\n<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery &amp; Operations</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>Own project delivery milestones, code review practices, and risk mitigation.</li>\n<li>Improve monitoring, performance, and stability of both internal and external systems.</li>\n<li>Support incident response and reviews as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Technologies</span>\n<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team A Stack:</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>Oracle Database &amp; Oracle APEX</li>\n<li>Pandas (Python) for data pipeline</li>\n<li>Elasticsearch for indexed search</li>\n<li>Looker for analytics</li>\n</ul>\n<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team B Stack:</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>React (frontend UI development)</li>\n<li>Node.js (API and backend logic)</li>\n<li>C (low-level/agent-side integration)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in a similar engineering management role.</li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of both backend and frontend development.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Oracle stack, modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React), backend services (e.g. Node.js or Python).</li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Experience in agile methodologies, sprint management, and delivery tracking.</li>\n</ul>\n<br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Oracle APEX development workflows or Oracle DB tuning.</li>\n<li>Understanding of low-level C applications or agent-based software models.</li>\n<li>Prior experience working with Elasticsearch at scale.</li>\n<li>Background in compliance, telemetry, or anti-piracy software environments.</li>\n</ul>",
