The ideal candidate will bring a PR experience background, a strong media network, and a proven track record of successfully managing and retaining client accounts. This role involves exceeding KPIs by implementing clear client strategies, showcasing creativity, taking full ownership of designated markets, collaborating as the main point of contact for market accounts in meetings, delegating market-specific tasks, and providing weekly updates and reports along with weekly meetings to discuss strategy and retention.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we seek in you:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A bachelors or equivalent in PR/Journalism/Communication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Two years of experience in PR or a related field is mandatory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in sales</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fluent in English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You are interested in language and able to think creatively with words, while maintaining a professional tone</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are able to have a professional attitude with clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Can handle client confrontation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are articulate under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are comfortable asking questions while proposing solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are ambitious, detail-oriented, positive, decisive, and proactive</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in B2B, SaaS, Tech and startup industries is desirable</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your duties may include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participating in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies and goals, then developing a plan to achieve them</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaigns and evaluating progress with the client</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reviewing analytics data (including but not limited to competitor tracking) to determine effectiveness of previous campaigns and planning future ones accordingly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preparing reports detailing the work performed on each campaign</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pitching and newsjacking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Media training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Writing or revising content</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In addition to PR responsibilities, you will also play an active role in sales: helping identify leads, pitch services, and contribute to business development efforts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Liaising with media, clients, and stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sometimes developing content for social media accounts and writing blog posts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creation of strategy and planning of things such as content, press releases, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sometimes: Event support (when requested by the client), including finding videographers, photographers, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Start Date</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Asap</span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
