This position is responsible for coordinating daily operations, optimizing workflow, and maintaining safety and quality standards to meet production targets efficiently. The Fabrication Lead will collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership to guide and mentor fabrication team members, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
