The Superintendent reports directly to the General Superintendent and works closely with the Project Management staff on all aspects of the project.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Direct and supervise all job site activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keep track of project progress and budgets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise staff, provide work direction and constructive feedback.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least five (5) years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent on projects of at least $20M in size.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least one (1) year of healthcare construction experience required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge and understanding of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have an in-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be self-driven, motivated and possess the ability to work effectively and independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must possess strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be available to work overtime, possibly including weekends as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
