Effectively supports ongoing and collaborative communication amongst all program staff and is responsible for ensuring a trauma informed care environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for all aspects of preventive maintenance to ensure safe and secure Agency facilities.    <ul>      <li>Make appropriate repairs as directed by Supervisor.</li>      <li>Monitor sand reports any property damage to Agency facilities to Supervisor.</li>      <li>Maintains cleanliness and repair of buildings to include windows, flooring, and appliances.</li>      <li>May oversee contractors/vendors work for quality and adherence to contracts.</li>      <li>Janitorial duties may include but are not limited to cleaning/waxing floors, filling paper supplies, cleaning walls, washing windows, etc.</li>      <li>May be required to set up and tear down for Agency meetings, perform office moves, and painting.</li>    </ul></li><li>Provide worksheets outlining completed tasks to the supervisor at the end of each day.</li><li>Provide tracking sheets to the supervisor at the end of each week.</li><li>Perform on-call procedures assigned by supervisor.</li><li>Actively participate in staff meetings and training as required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<em>Note:</em> <em>The above description is illustrative of tasks and responsibilities.</em> <em>It is not meant to be all inclusive.</em> <em>Employees are required to follow appropriate supervisory directions and perform other related duties as required.</em> &nbsp;</p>",
