Your leadership helps maintain compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations while fostering a professional, guest‑focused environment. By guiding staff, resolving operational challenges, and upholding high standards of service and accountability, you help protect the integrity of casino transactions and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, positive gaming experience that reflects the excellence of the Live! brand.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains working knowledge of Cage operations internal functions, controls and software</li>\n <li>Updates and takes the initiative to convey pertinent information to Team Members regarding the policy or schedule changes</li>\n <li>Ensures efficiency and accurate performance standards are met by maintaining communication with all work areas to verify paperwork and inventory controls (i.e. various bank, cage checks, and currency orders)</li>\n <li>Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and assists team members with questions pertaining to recovering variances, handling guest disputes, counterfeit issues, and internal control violations.</li>\n <li>Consistently maintains professional rapport and confidentiality in communicating with other departments as required by procedures (i.e. IT, Security, Surveillance etc.)</li>\n <li>Takes responsibility for making sure Team Members are trained and developed in Cage Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates an understanding of HR duties to accurately track and record LOA’s, PTO time, early outs and special requests made by team members.</li>\n <li>Assists Cage Shift Manager with any other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.</li>\n  <li>Read complex documents and understand state and local tax laws, banking codes, gaming laws and regulations.</li>\n  <li>Solve complex problems.</li>\n  <li>Distinguish between colors</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Flexible schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) to two (2) years of experience in casino cage operations or banking preferred.</li>\n <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent required.</li>\n <li>College degree or some level of secondary education preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must present self in a well-groomed, friendly, and professional manner.</li>\n <li>Must be able to:</li>\n <li>Stoop, bend, and squat</li>\n <li>Work in a location with loud noise, visual distractions, and temperature changes.</li>\n <li>50% Standing</li>\n <li>50% Walking </li>\n <li>Bending/Lifting (up to 75 lbs.)</li>\n <li>Pulling/Pushing (up to 75 lbs. with help)</li>\n <li>Use of stairs and elevators</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
