    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The EVS Attendant is responsible for attending to the cleaning needs of assigned areas of the property.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Cleans restrooms, including trash bins, toilets, mirrors, counters, sinks, floors, and other items needing attention. Replace toilet paper and paper towels as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums, and cleans assigned areas. Uses floor care equipment, such as carpet cleaners, scrubbers, and buffers to maintain floors.&nbsp;</li><li>Wipes down slot machines, chairs, and chair bases. &nbsp;</li><li>Empties wastebaskets. Empties and cleans ashtrays.</li><li>Cleans windows, gaming dividers, door handles, and other frequently touched items.</li><li>Transports trash and dirty linens to designated areas.</li><li>Re-stocks paper supplies, chemical supplies in bottles, and maintains restroom supplies.</li><li>Stocks and maintains housekeeping storage rooms.</li><li>May be responsible for maintaining the appropriate supply of cleaning rags including washing and drying laundry using industrial equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Works at a quick pace and prioritizes tasks according to importance.</li><li>Responds to guests in a friendly and responsive manner. &nbsp; Assists guests and refers them to the proper Team Member for further assistance.&nbsp;</li><li>Properly reports lost and found items to Security staff.</li><li>Responsible for the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Responsible for proper cleanup and disposal of biohazardous waste while following all proper procedures on disposal of such waste.</li><li>Adheres to performance standards, company policies and procedures, as they relate to the department.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining compliance with appearance standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Interacts with guests and team members in a positive, professional manner.</li><li>Refers common inquiries from guests to the appropriate staff and assists with simple questions.</li><li>Follow all safety standards and reports any safety hazards immediately to necessary people to correct issue. &nbsp;Follows and understands National Fire Protection standards and SDS policy and procedures.</li><li>Supports actions and directions of leadership team.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to manage business and interact personally with Team Members, vendors and guests.</li><li>Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Mission and Values. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>1 year of related cleaning experience within a casino environment is preferred but not required.</li><li>Must have the ability to be trained in the proper and safe use of laundry and floor care equipment.</li><li>Must be flexible to work required shift. &nbsp;Must be able to work weekends and holidays. &nbsp;</li><li>Must have good guest service skills with the ability to be friendly and positive with all interactions.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to maintain appropriate Non-gaming License.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. &nbsp;Must be able to occasionally push or pull up to 100 pounds. &nbsp; May be required to work from stools, ladders, or lifts to clean the higher levels within the casino.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for up to 8 hours. Uses hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects.</li><li>Regularly required to reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, and crouch. &nbsp; May occasionally need to crawl, climb, or kneel.</li><li>May be exposed to biohazards such as blood, vomit, urine, feces, etc. while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, increasing to loud when on the casino floor.</li><li>This casino has an enclosed gaming area where smoking is allowed. &nbsp;Team members may be exposed to a smoking environment in or around this designated smoking area.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. &nbsp;</p><p>The above description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the role. &nbsp;This is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of the team member assigned to the position.
