You create moments of <em>Wonder</em> by managing the daily cruise program, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional touring experience that exceeds guest expectations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and oversee the daily cruise program in line with company standards and financial guidelines</p></li><li><p>Host daily briefings, provide engaging commentaries, and accompany all excursions and events</p></li><li><p>Ensure top-quality service from local guides, drivers, restaurants, and other partners</p></li><li><p>Build strong working relationships with guests, crew, and local suppliers</p></li><li><p>Manage guest feedback (E-Surveys), reporting, and daily cruise documentation</p></li><li><p>Oversee guest embarkation/disembarkation and transfer arrangements</p></li><li><p>Supervise Enrichment/Activity Managers and coordinate onboard programs</p></li><li><p>Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Scenic products and Travel Vouchers</p></li><li><p>Ensure safety, compliance, and readiness in all cruise operations</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong leadership and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation abilities</p></li><li><p>Guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or cruise operations is an advantage</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:center;\"></p>",
