In this position, your responsibilities include developing and maintaining a positive brand image, utilizing your excellent communication skills and sales expertise to engage with potential customers both online and offline. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a vibrant and loyal customer community, driving our brand's growth through various marketing initiatives, and implementing effective customer engagement strategies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set qualified leads and appointments, surpassing personal event goals.</li>\n <li>Plan and coordinate staff coverage for events in collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager.</li>\n <li>Lead event setup and take-down, ensuring a seamless experience.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate best practices in booking appointments, working alongside brand ambassadors at events.</li>\n <li>Provide training and coaching for event promoters, creating an environment of continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Cultivate a culture of positive reinforcement at each event and retail location.</li>\n <li>Motivate event/retail staff to achieve their personal goals.</li>\n <li>Monitor and track promoter attendance, ensuring punctuality and compliance with policies.</li>\n <li>Act as the point of contact for brand ambassadors during events and campaigns.</li>\n <li>Track and report daily team results to the Field Marketing Manager.</li>\n <li>Conduct shift rollout and wrap-up meetings, discussing challenges and opportunities.</li>\n <li>Schedule additional training meetings with staff as needed.</li>\n <li>Develop or work with the Field Marketing Manager(s) to provide new training material, incentives, and games.</li>\n <li>Maintain professionalism and manage supply inventory for displays, banners, and event/retail materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hourly rate starting at $25/ HR, with the potential to earn $25-$35 an hour through bonuses</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Enjoyable work-life balance with paid vacations and PTO</li>\n <li>Promising growth and advancement prospects</li>\n <li>Secure your future with our 401(k) plan</li>\n <li>A flexible schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in field marketing with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals, backed by a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate a team.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $25.00/Hr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $35.00/Hr.",
