    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<b>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b>\n<ul>\n<li>The Rehab Aide assists with patient care services and departmental functioning in a designated department under the direction of a licensed therapist or assistant.</li>\n<li>This role maintains the department, the ordering and cleanliness of equipment, and keeps supplies stocked and ready for use.</li>\n<li>Recognizes and prevents environmental hazards from impacting the patient and clinic.</li>\n<li>Performs basic patient care tasks which may include proper use of exercise equipment, exercise and training technique under the direct supervision of clinician and reinforces therapy education.</li>\n<li>Contributes to the department safety and regulatory accreditation requirements.</li>\n<li>Observes patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions and reports changes and pertinent data to clinical staff.</li>\n<li>Provides care in multiple clinical settings.</li>\n<li>Assists with orientation of volunteers and staff.</li>\n<li>Supports the operations of the front and back office.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>",
