    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>As a Customer Pickup (CPU) Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while attending the customer pickup window.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Meet and greet all customers entering the facility for the purpose of transacting and purchasing of all types of product from KSI Auto Parts.</li><li>Identify customer trends to support market growth.</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse associates to ensure sales objectives are met.</li><li>Ability to transact with the customer via cash credit card, and/ or check.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Work with in-house Accounts Receivable department to reconcile WALK-IN business.</li><li>Complete proficiency when using NAVISION for order entry as well as any other aspects of the platform to conduct further operational activities.</li><li>Learn and comply with all OSHA regulations, internal safety procedures, and all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate, thorough, and consistent information with respect to all tasks performed.</li><li>Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate effectively with others.</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Spanish/English highly preferred</li><li>Must be proficient with Word and Excel&nbsp;</li><li>Must have customer service experience, retail experience preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" data-pasted=\"true\">KSI Auto Parts offers a competitive benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, employer-paid life insurance up to $50,000, and supplemental insurance options.
