Ready to become a Viking? We’re currently seeking a motivated individual to fill our open 2nd shift Assistant Machine Operator position in New Paltz, NY. Ready to become a Viking? Schedule Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12am $17 to $19 an hour depending on experience. Medical Dental Vision Company sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA) 401k with match Paid Vacation and Sick Time Life Insurance Long Term Disability Insurance Pet Insurance Semiannual profit sharing Training Programs with the Council of Industry Growth from within the company Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Assisting in the setting up and running high speed manufacturing equipment Load raw materials into machines, Palletize finished product for delivery Follow Operators direction in adjusting machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure and amount of material for quality production Cleaning high speed manufacturing equipment Make sure the work environment remains uncluttered, clean and well-maintained to ensure safety Qualifications The ideal candidate will either have prior printing machine experience or the ability and passion to learn on the job.
