At Moneta, we&#39;re dedicated to providing comprehensive financial guidance, from investment strategies to retirement planning, education savings, tax strategies, estate planning, and beyond.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Essential Responsibilities</span></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with the Team Partners to learn all aspects of Family CFO business&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep Partners informed on team and client issues&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage relationships with CPA, Attorneys, and other third parties on services for clients including access, documents, and review and analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and/or review financial action plans and notes put together by team members&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in client meetings, following up with Advisor/Partner to understand client financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance through comprehensive consultations and assessments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop understanding of complex estate, tax planning, insurance needs, and investment-planning knowledge through training, client meetings, working with Advisors and Partners</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate details on clients&rsquo; financial position, moving into first-line communication with client</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with Partners to facilitate services for clients including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate as Enterprise Service Team liaison working directly with departments on team training, adoption of key processes, and strategy implementation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage team projects such as AUM reporting and due diligence</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel as necessary to meet with clients</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Qualifications</span></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CFP preferred but required within three years&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3-5 years working with clients and serving as a Client Service Manager or industry equivalent role</li><li>Series 65 required, or achievement of license required within 60 days of employment</li><li>Experience monitoring and evaluating investments&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Orion, Money Guide Pro, eMoney preferred</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Additional Information</span></h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Moneta is committed to providing the best possible care for our employees; part of this care includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the well-being of employees and their families:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time, exempt, salary position</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Discretionary annual bonus incentives offered</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid holidays</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid time off (PTO)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employer cost-shared medical and dental insurance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&amp;D insurance, and basic life insurance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">401k Match &ndash; 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Discretionary annual profit-sharing bonus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid parental leave</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Professional development reimbursement</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid volunteer time off (VTO)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employee referral incentive bonus program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Onsite wellness programs &amp; rewards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employee engagement activities</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65.
