We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees and develops a team of I&C technicians fostering a culture of continuous learning and development</li>\n <li>Implements the site calibration strategy to ensure safe, reliable, and GMP-compliant operation of equipment and systems</li>\n <li>Maintains and enforces calibration operating guidelines, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), as needed</li>\n <li>Analyzes calibration data to identify trends and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA)</li>\n <li>Oversees 3rd party service providers and ensures compliance to I&C standards and procedures, as needed</li>\n <li>Adheres to and enforces compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and other applicable regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Identifies opportunities for process or system improvements and partners with stakeholders to implement strategies</li>\n <li>Ensures calibration activities are completed accurately, on-time, and in a cost-effective manner</li>\n <li>Participates in cross-departmental meetings to provide technical expertise and coaching to technicians and stakeholders</li>\n <li>Enforces all company policies such as time off, shift work, and inclement weather that directly impact employees</li>\n <li>Completes required administrative tasks (e.g., timecard approvals, time off approvals, expense reports etc.)</li>\n <li>Participates in the recruitment process and retention strategies to attract and retain talent</li>\n <li>Addresses performance gaps, employee questions and concerns, and partners with HR as needed for resolution</li>\n <li>Performs other duties, as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Effective communication, both written and oral</li>\n <li>Willingness to coach, lead, and develop a team</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), such as Infor</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information to others</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n <li>Must be able to support 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shift, on-call and weekends, as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of calibration experience in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry; or</li>\n <li>Associate degree in engineering or related field with 6+ years of calibration experience in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry; or</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field</li>\n <li>Previous experience leading, supervising, or managing others</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in large pharma / biotech operations or project</li>\n <li>Experience in manufacturing / biological products with GMP / GLP requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Will work in environment which may necessitate respiratory protection X No YesMay work in Mechanical/Production spaces that may require hearing protection and enrollment in a hearing conservation program.
