As a division of Samuel, Son &amp; Co., we support the metals and construction industries with a focus on safety, service, and long-term stability.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We’re looking for experienced <strong>Owner-Operators&nbsp;</strong>to join our regional Ontario Windsor lane hauling steel product. This is a steady, weekday operation with consistent miles, predictable lanes, and the ability to be home every night.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>What You’ll Be Doing</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hauling <strong>steel freight</strong> (mainly master coil, slit coil, plate, and palletized coils)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Operating within the <strong>Hamilton to Windsor corridor</strong>&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Completing <strong>2 loads per day</strong> (one outbound, one return)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Handling a mix of <strong>full truckload and multi-drop deliveries</strong>&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Operating a <strong>dedicated company-owned 5-axle Conestoga-kitted flatbed trailer</strong>&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Start Location:</u></strong> Hamilton Region (preferred)</p>\n<ul>\n <li><i>Also open to owner-operators based in Windsor, Kingsville, Harrow, Leamington, and surrounding areas</i></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Schedule</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday to Friday (no weekend work)&nbsp; \n  <ul>\n   <li>Start time is flexible</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>~12 hours per day&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Home every night + weekends off&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Percentage-based pay</strong> – 75% to the truck (Owner Operator receives 75% of gross revenue)</li>\n <li><strong>Average Net Pay (after fuel, plates, and insurance):</strong> ~$5,000 biweekly / ~$10,000 per month</li>\n <li>Paid direct deposit on a <strong>fixed bi-weekly period (26 pays/year)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Additional Costs</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Plates:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>$250 per pay (until paid off)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Insurance:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>$310 per pay&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Parking:</strong> Owner-operator responsibility&nbsp; \n  <ul>\n   <li>Hamilton area preferred, Windsor region can be accommodated&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>What We’re Looking For</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid AZ license with a strong safety record (presentation of CVOR and Abstract printed within the last 30 days is required upon applying)</li>\n <li>2 years minimum experience hauling a multi-axle flatbed&nbsp;</li>\n <li>2 years minimum experience hauling steel product (coil experience preferred) &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proven load securement&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Professional, reliable, and safety-focused&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Why Join Us?</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Consistent, established lane</li>\n <li>Strong earning potential with predictable income&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Discounted fuel program &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Home Daily&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Dedicated equipment</li>\n <li>Safety Incentive Program&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SAMDR</p>",
