    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ​Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist – SME​ is expected to be able to accomplish the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluates IT systems to ensure they comply with FISMA and FEDRAMP.</li>\n <li>Enforces a separation of duties between enterprise IT managers, who administer user identities and set policy, and departmental staff, who administer systems.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with the business to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business' internal control processes and the standards set by FISMA and FEDRAMP.</li>\n <li>Continuously assesses opportunities to improve the internal control environment across the organization.</li>\n <li>Completes internal audit work in compliance with established audit methodology while meeting all organizational and professional ethical standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance</li>\n <li>BS, 12-15 years of relevant experience; MS, 10-12 years; PhD, 10+ years</li>\n <li>CISM</li>\n <li>GSLC</li>\n <li>CASP+</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>One or more of the following: \n  <ul>\n   <li>CAP</li>\n   <li>CGRC</li>\n   <li>CRISC</li>\n   <li>CISA</li>\n   <li>COBIT 2019</li>\n   <li>ISO 2700 Lead Implementor/Auditor</li>\n   <li>DCAM</li>\n   <li>ZTA</li>\n   <li>Formal NIST RMF training</li>\n   <li>Azure Certifications</li>\n   <li>AWS Security</li>\n   <li>FedRamp or CMMS training </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist – Subject Matter Expert to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist - Subject Matter Expert evaluates the internal control and risk environment within the IT organization. Working independently or as part of multiple project teams, assesses the information technology (IT) risk and enhances IT business systems, processes, and controls. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
