We offer <u>competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs</u> to support you and your family.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The main duties include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create 3D models and drawings to build next generation accelerators and pulsed power machines;</li>\n <li>Partner with engineers and scientist to develop designs;</li>\n <li>Partner with engineers to discuss and interpret design concepts and identify requirements of detailed working drawings;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and suppliers to discuss design, schedule, manufacturing processes and materials selections to ensure contractual agreements are understood and achievable; and</li>\n <li>Manage documentation in collaborative engineering environment using product data management tools along with engineering authorization and approval processes and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree in Drafting or related field. (required) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 3 years of working experience as a designer; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required) </li>\n <li>Proficiency with PTC/Creo. </li>\n <li>Experience with GD&T. </li>\n <li>Experience with 3D modeling. </li>\n <li>Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required)</li>\n <li>Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please note that marijuana remains a Schedule III controlled substance under Federal Law.
