    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The purpose of the Radiologic Technology Clinical Coordinator is to acquire clinical sites for the educational experiences of the Radiologic Technology students and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the local healthcare community.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, schedule, and monitor student clinical rotations to ensure appropriate learning experiences across affiliated sites</li>\n <li>Maintain active communication with clinical site supervisors, technologists, and hospital administration to support student placement and resolve issues</li>\n <li>Ensure clinical education complies with accreditation requirements (e.g., JRCERT standards) and institutional policies</li>\n <li>Orient students to clinical sites, policies, and expectations</li>\n <li>Monitor student progress through clinical evaluations, site visits, and competency assessments</li>\n <li>Provide academic and professional guidance to students experiencing clinical or professional challenges</li>\n <li>Address and document student performance concerns in collaboration with the Program Director</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including affiliation agreements, student evaluations, and competency checklists</li>\n <li>Participate in programmatic assessment, accreditation self-studies, and site visits</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations, including patient safety and HIPAA requirements</li>\n <li>Teach didactic and/or laboratory courses as assigned within the Radiologic Technology program</li>\n <li>Assist in curriculum development and continuous program improvement</li>\n <li>Collaborate with faculty to integrate clinical education with classroom instruction</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clinical affiliates to enhance student learning opportunities</li>\n <li>Participate in faculty meetings, advisory boards, and professional development activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years experience in Radiologic Technology\n  <ul>\n   <li>Four years full-time experience in the professional discipline</li>\n   <li>One year of experience as an instructor in a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong experience communicating effectively with health care facilities</li>\n <li>Proficient in curriculum design, program administration, evaluation, instruction, and counseling</li>\n <li>Capable of teaching both the Clinical and Didactic aspects of the program</li>\n <li>Experience with program accreditation (e.g., JRCERT)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able and willing to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Communicate, think, learn, and reason</li>\n   <li>Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks</li>\n   <li>Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations</li>\n   <li>Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously</li>\n <li>Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position</li>\n <li>Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to effectively coordinate and balance multiple responsibilities across academic and clinical environments</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt teaching and coaching methods to diverse learning styles</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and address student performance concerns in a constructive and supportive manner</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret and apply accreditation standards and institutional policies</li>\n <li>Occasionally Lift/Transfer up to 15 lbs</li>\n <li>Occasionally Push/Pull up to 15 lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment.
