We Create Smiles! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Actively communicates with every guest including greeting, thanking, offering a choice of bag type, and performing any other courtesy guideline. </li>\n<li>Properly bags guest orders to ensure purchases are not damaged. </li>\n<li>Works well with all host and supervisors. </li>\n<li>Places guest purchases in grocery cart or hands bags to the customer and sincerely offers assistance to the guest vehicle. </li>\n<li>Performs price checks. </li>\n<li>Relay guest problems to supervisor. </li>\n<li>Retrieves carts from parking lot.</li>\n<li>Cleans front end, break room, rest rooms, lobby, parking lot, etc. </li>\n<li>Cleans garbage and debris from carts and baskets.</li>\n<li>Performs all other duties as assigned by management. </li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Friendly, outgoing personality. </li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others. </li>\n<li>Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally. </li>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time. </li>\n<li>Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts. </li>\n<li>Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into cars. </li>\n<li>Effective communication and guest service skills. </li>",
