Advise supervisor of obsolete parts for turn-in. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Issue parts on the basis of requisitions submitted by Technicians.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work to improve CSI and general customer satisfaction in accordance with the OpenRoad’s philosophy. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain parts and parts room in a clean and orderly manner. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">OpenRoad reserves the right to modify this job description as business needs require.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent customer service skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts and accessories, and the ability to operate assigned equipment safely. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Current knowledge of local sources of supply. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of techniques for receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized equipment maintenance system. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid British Columbia driver’s license.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Internal Candidates MUST apply by filling out the <a href=\"https://intranet.openroadautogroup.com/forms/viewform.cfm?formid=191\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Internal Endorsement Form</a> on the Intranet.
