The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">municipal/public-sector AMANDA implementations</span> and leading enterprise-level application transformations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Solution Architecture &amp; Leadership</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AMANDA solution architecture, design, and implementation initiatives</span></li>\n<li>Define scalable workflows, system architecture, and operational models</li>\n<li>Provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical leadership and oversight</span> across implementation and enhancement cycles</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Process &amp; Workflow Design</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and assess <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">municipal workflows and business processes</span></li>\n<li>Design <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AMANDA workflows, folder structures, permissions, and business rules</span></li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Integration &amp; Enterprise Architecture</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead integration strategy for systems such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GIS, SSO/IAM, Power BI, FME, Salesforce IDP, and external APIs</span></li>\n<li>Define <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">API strategies and enterprise integration patterns</span></li>\n<li>Ensure secure and efficient data exchange across systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Delivery Oversight</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish solution governance, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">standards, and quality assurance frameworks</span></li>\n<li>Support deployment planning, release management, and technical validation</li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">business stakeholders, ITS teams, vendors, and delivery teams</span></li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and validation meetings</li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and guidance to technical and configuration teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp;
