Responsible for following regulatory requirements.  Assists with coordination of food service activities. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills  </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Service Delivery- Demonstrates the ability to implement, develop, and manage a variety of services, including financial, food, human resources, information, and transportation services. Ensures all services are delivered with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement. Applies corrective actions as needed and incorporates best practices and innovative approaches to service delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Food Service Integrity- Maintains strict adherence to all regulatory and safety standards. This program includes <strong>100% of tuition covered and student loan repayment</strong>, among other benefits! </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong>  High School Diploma or GED and Certification by County Board of Health required.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:  </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year experience in food preparation required.    </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>School cafeteria or school lunch program experience preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> Valid driver’s license must be maintained.     </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong>  Continuously requires walking, standing, and repetitive wrist/hand movement (3/4 - 4/4 pf the  work day)  Often requires stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds (1/4 - 1/2 of the work day).  Regularly requires  pushing/pulling (1/2 - 3/4 of the workday).  Seldom requires sitting (0 - 1/4 of the work day).  Range of hearing and vision sufficient to operate standard office machines and communicate with co-workers and stakeholders in person and via telephone.  Free of dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants, or other chemical substances or controlled substances. Seldom drives a Devereux vehicle or van.  Continuously works inside in areas that are adequately lighted and ventilated.
