          "text": "<p><strong><u>BASIC FUNCTIONS</u></strong><br>\nIdentify trends, periodically analyze equipment/machine problems, perform necessary adjustments on manufacturing equipment, identify root causes and initiate corrective actions.</p><p>Our team of manufacturing maintenance technicians act as leaders for maintain assembly and machining equipment. It is our job to make sure the equipment keeps running.&#xa0;This role will use various measuring, testing, and software tools to troubleshoot, modify, and repair mechanical linear systems, electrical linear systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, robots, presses, PLCs, cameras, scanners, etc..<br>\n<br>\n<strong><u>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong><br>\n• Coordinate efforts between operations and engineering functions<br>\n• Set up spare parts, optimize PMs, keep process parameters updated<br>\n• Identify best practices and create standards combining available information &amp; knowledge.<br>\n• Follow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderly<br>\n• Utilize plant systems e.g. SAP, MES, OPCON, Promaster, tableau, etc.<br>\n• Utilize IPN resources where necessary<br>\n<br>\n<strong><u>INTERACTION</u></strong><br>\nThis position interacts with Operators, Operational Technicians, Special Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers and Leadership.</p><p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Starting hourly rate for this position is <strong>$32.20</strong> based on experience.           "text": "<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>Must be at least 18 years or older</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with supervision and other personnel with the ability to create clear technical instructions</li><li>Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)</li><li>Must be able to function in a noisy and fast paced environment</li><li>Demonstrates self-initiative</li><li>Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing or machining</li><li>Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, print-reading and mechanics</li><li>Must demonstrate mechanical proficiency, leadership ability, and teamwork</li><li>Must be willing to work on alternate shifts and must demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes</li><li>Must be flexible to work other shifts for training, coaching, projects and travel as needed</li></ul><p><strong><u>SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE</u></strong></p><ul><li>Job scope will require an emphasis on electrical / controls topics, but candidate must have an understanding in both mechanical and electrical systems (mechatronics).&#xa0; Electrical and mechanical work will be required.</li><li>Understands control systems and is able to connect to and troubleshoot PLC programs.&#xa0; Programming experience is a plus.&#xa0; Siemens and Allen Bradley experience is also a plus as well as OpCon experience.</li><li>Familiarity with CNC machines (drives, axes, etc.).&#xa0;</li><li>Detailed knowledge of Staubli and Omron robots, vision systems, Trumpf lasers, and Profibus is a requirement.&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of SAP work order/spare parts system is also a requirement.</li><li>Knowledge of heat treat or chroming operations is also a plus.</li></ul>",
