This position requires professionalism, diligence, and a strong commitment to customer service. This field-based role requires daily use of your own reliable personal vehicle.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Drive daily to assigned customer locations using your vehicle.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Travel to convenience stores across Pennsylvania and Ohio, with occasional travel to West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and New York. Depending on how far away the destination is, you might need to stay overnight.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Meet with store owners and staff to assess needs and deliver high-quality merchandising support.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Place and organize merchandise in designated display areas, following detailed planograms to ensure all product placements align with Core-Mark standards.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Set up and reset store fixtures, shelves, and displays. Remove discontinued or outdated products as needed.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide stocking, pricing, shelf-facing, product rotation, and routine shelf and product cleaning.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor product performance using sales velocity reports supplied by the company and suggest discontinuing or replacing specific items in each store to help boost sales and profits.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor potential account problems and escalate concerns to Sales Representatives or Sales Managers.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure store aisles remain clean and safe for shoppers and store staff.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Build and sustain strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving concerns professionally.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain and care for assigned equipment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Accurately complete and submit timesheets and activity logs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform additional merchandising or operational tasks assigned by leadership.<br><br><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Standing: 70% | Sitting: 30%<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, squatting, turning, twisting, and climbing.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Regular lifting of 5–25 lbs.; occasional lifting to 70 lbs.<br><br><strong>Vehicle &amp; Insurance Compliance Requirements:</strong><br>Candidates must use their vehicle and are responsible for maintaining active automobile insurance coverage through a personal policy.
