    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></p><div><p><strong>Pay Rate: 13.00- 15.00 hourly and up</strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>Includes the following; however, other duties may be assigned:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Follows the plan of care as instructed for each client</li><li>&nbsp;Reports changes or situations observed in family or individual served</li><li>&nbsp;Provides personal care such as bathing, toileting, skin and mouth care, changing, dressing, taking and recording vital signs, and assistance with self-administration of medications</li><li>&nbsp;Completes required reports and records on time and accurately</li><li>&nbsp;Assist with feeding, errands, transportation, and other duties as requested</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Must be 18 years of age</li><li>&nbsp;Motivation and ability to work independently</li><li>&nbsp;Demonstrates dependability and punctuality</li><li>&nbsp;Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing</li><li>&nbsp;Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.</li><li>&nbsp;Adherence to agency policies and procedures</li><li>^ Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. but may be waived if individual can read, write, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and complete records and reports accurately</li><li>&nbsp;Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two- step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.</li><li>&nbsp;Arrives in a timely manner without excessive absences and follow procedures for proper notification of absences/tardiness. Reports to work with a clean, well-groomed appearance</li><li>&nbsp;Conveys respect for staff and clientele. Maintains a positive attitude at all times.</li><li>&nbsp;Acts as a team member and assists other team members to meet work requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;When working in a facility, be respectful of facility employees and policies at all times. The facility should be treated as a customer.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;You must bring your own food and drink. &nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>You may not leave the client at any time for any reason</strong>.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Maintains a flexible schedule to meet the organizations work requirements</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>ACCEPTS CLIENT ASSIGNMENTS AND DISPLAYS FLEXIBILITY WITH SCHEDULE</strong></li><li>&nbsp;Reviews schedule weekly and accepts assignments as needed or duties as directed by scheduler, nurse or supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Reports availability on eRSP by adding blocks by Friday of each week.</li></ul><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Must be listed on the TN Nurse Aide registry if employed as a nurse aide.</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</strong></li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Valid auto insurance meeting minimum state requirements</strong></li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Background check is required and $5 paid by the applicant</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
