About the Role:   We are seeking a resilient, performance-oriented "Hunter" to drive our growth. This is not a "customer service" or "admin" role; it is a high-intensity outbound sales position. Your mission is to identify, research, and convert prospects into booked meetings through aggressive calling, disciplined follow-up, and expert pipeline management. You must be comfortable with high rejection, self-starting your own research, and pushing toward aggressive KPIs without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities: Lead Sourcing & Research: Independently research and build targeted calling lists from the internet based on approved industries, geography, and business size. (Note: No lists are provided; you must build your own database). High-Volume Outbound Activity: Execute daily calling cadences. You will be responsible for the "front end" of the sales cycle, turning cold data into warm conversations. Expert GHL User: Fully leverage GoHighLevel CRM. This includes importing the databases you create, utilizing the calling/power-dialer features, and optimizing/managing workflows and opportunities. Appointment Setting: Convert outbound conversations into booked discovery meetings. You are responsible for the quality of the meeting and ensuring the prospect is qualified. Strategy & Objection Handling: As a seasoned pro, you will collaborate with the Coach to create and refine scripts and objection-handling rebuttals based on real-time market feedback.
