It is for the data that drives it. Every product we make depends on accurate, consistent information flowing through our systems. As a <strong>Master Data Analyst</strong>, you will ensure that data integrity powers everything we do:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Customer Satisfaction:</strong> Clean, reliable data means players and fans get the right gear, in the right size, at the right time.</li>\n <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Accurate data reduces errors, speeds up production, and keeps our supply chain running smoothly.</li>\n <li><strong>Innovation:</strong> Trusted data enables us to launch new designs, optimize inventory, and stay ahead in the fast-paced world of baseball apparel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a <strong>full-time, on-site position based in Sparta, TN</strong>, and a critical role in helping Wilson deliver on its promise to athletes everywhere.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and update master data records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.</li>\n <li>Support ERP (SAP) maintenance and optimization, including production identifiers and documentation.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to ensure seamless data integration.</li>\n <li>Assist with database management, data migrations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.</li>\n <li>Generate and maintain automated reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot data issues and support business systems improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For </h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</p> \n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, or related field.</p> \n<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).</li>\n <li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with databases and basic scripting (SQL, VBA, JSON) is required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Filemaker is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Soft Skills:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.</li>\n <li>High attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to quickly learn and navigate new platforms and programs.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’ll Provide</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay range for this role is <strong>$21-$26 per hour</strong> at the time of this posting.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We also offer an innovative, inclusive, and people-first environment with competitive benefits and perks, including: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision </li>\n <li>401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>Paid parental leave</li>\n <li>Professional development opportunities</li>\n <li>Volunteering programs</li>\n <li>Discounts on Wilson and Amer Sports products</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is an equal opportunity employer.
