The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized therapy plans and work to empower children to achieve their communication and developmental goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.</p><p>Utilize standardized assessments, observations, and parent/teacher input to identify specific challenges.</p><p>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s specific needs.</p><p>Provide therapy for speech delays, articulation issues, language disorders, stuttering, voice disorders, and other communication challenges.</p><p>Utilize evidence-based techniques and creative approaches to engage children during therapy sessions.</p><p>Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to provide education, resources, and support for carryover of skills in home and school environments.</p><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.</p><p>Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and consultations to coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists.</p><p>Stay up to date on research and advancements in speech-language pathology and pediatric therapy techniques.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Health Requirements:</strong></p><p>All employees are required to provide proof of vaccination for Flu, Hepatitis B and Tuberculosis (TB) as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p><p>Interested applicants should submit a resume and cover letter through the JVCHC career portal at <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https://www.jordanvalley.org/careers-education/\">Careers &amp; Education - Jordan Valley</a>.
