This is entry level and does not require sales experience, just a great, outgoing attitude, with a drive to earn as much as possible!</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Our Appointment Generators work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning and/or water treatment maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<p><em><strong>Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you at anywhere between $25.00-$35.00/hr plus. </strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong> </strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>We offer both PT and FT positions, starting at 20 hours per week.</strong> <strong>One weekend day is required. </strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>This is not a remote or call center position.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parker and Sons is the largest Home Service provider in the Phoenix Valley, and we are looking to bring on new team members to join our continually- growing Retail Team at 44 locations throughout the valley! We offer a robust benefits package (Including a paid holiday for your birthday!) as well a strong leadership and ongoing development, with some fun such as team outings, contests (cash prizes, gift cards, meals, sorting tickets) , employee recognition, and so much more! </p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market Value Compensation $18.00/hr-$30/hr plus (base pay plus commission)</li>\n <li>Uncapped commissions on every appointment you set </li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n <li>Part time and full time shifts available</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services</li>\n <li>Walk throughout the stores, engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs</li>\n <li>Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs</li>\n <li>Schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimates for product and services</li>\n <li>Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team</li>\n <li>Attend required monthly meetings and trainings</li>\n <li>Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience working is retail is highly desired but not required.</li>\n <li>Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time.</li>\n <li>Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.</li>\n <li>A+ communication and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and text</li>\n <li>No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required</li>\n <li>Willing to undergo background check.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
