Operating within the newly established umdasch Industrial Solutions division, AT-PAC is a global leader in scaffolding solutions. Specializing in the industrial market segment, AT-PAC focuses on serving all scaffold contractors and industrial service companies across a variety of sectors.
AT-PAC became fully integrated into the Umdasch Group in 2023, combining its 25 years of industrial scaffolding expertise with Doka’s 150-year legacy in formwork and shoring. This strategic move reinforced AT-PAC’s commitment to strengthening its global market position and delivering exceptional solutions to the industrial sector. Since then, AT-PAC has taken on the role of competence center for scaffolding within the Umdasch Group, ensuring a unified supply model and facilitating the seamless sharing of expertise and resources across divisions.
Looking ahead, AT-PAC will continue to drive innovation, focusing on the technical development of its scaffolding systems and digital solutions. As we expand our global footprint, we remain dedicated to delivering safety and efficiency through our scaffolding solutions and drive the success of industrial projects worldwide.
We are hiring for our North American Sales Representative in the following location:
Northern Louisiana/Arkansas As an Outside Sales Representative at AT-PAC, you will be the voice and initial point of contact for our industry leading company. The outside sales representative's responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory. Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers. Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales. Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials. Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions. Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred. Proven outside sales experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Strong consultative sales skills. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Detail-oriented.
