Capture critical items such as work being completed and onsite progress photos</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure site safety meets Lindsay Construction policy and legislated requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preserve client satisfaction through regular communication and timely responses to inquiries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide leadership to the project team on all aspects of the project</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work cooperatively with other project team members, trades workers and subcontractors</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-size: 10pt\"><em>Our ideal candidate has the following:</em></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5 years or more in a field supervisory role of medium-sized commercial construction projects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in coordinating on-site operations, including interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work with Lindsay Construction trades employees and subcontractors</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to communicate in an effective way to all stakeholders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with design-build, tilt-up, and wood framing is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Journeyman’s classification in a skilled trade is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must have a valid driver’s license</span></li>\n</ul>",
