This is a <strong>non-paid volunteer position</strong>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You will be an essential part of our team</li>\n <li>Providing companionship and emotional support to patients.</li>\n <li>Assisting with activities such as reading, conversation, playing music, or simply being present to comfort the patient.</li>\n <li>Accompanying patients on walks or outings if appropriate and desired.</li>\n <li>Adhering to hospice policies, procedures, and guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>About You</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>You are in good physical health</li>\n <li>You are able to pass a background check</li>\n <li>You have transportation</li>\n <li>requires a compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to provide comfort in challenging situations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our dedicated team of compassionate clinicians upholds a patient-first culture, making us a leading provider of essential therapy and nursing services throughout the post-acute care continuum.</p>\n<p>Are you ready to make a significant impact on patients' lives?
