This role ensures continuity of care for patients receiving specialty infusion therapies by addressing urgent clinical inquiries, troubleshooting infusion-related issues, and supporting overall patient safety.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Schedule Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Location: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Remote </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span><span> </span>Evenings, Sunday through Thursday, from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Patient Support &amp; Counseling: Address patient inquiries related to medication administration, side effects, and therapy expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">IV Pump Troubleshooting: Guide patients and nurses through resolving common infusion pump issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clinical Decision-Making:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and adjust Ig infusion rates as needed per protocol.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide clinical interventions for weight-based dosed medications to ensure appropriate therapy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Address infusion-related reactions reported by nurses and patients.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Care Plan Review: Assess patient therapy plans and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Research &amp; Process Improvement: Participate in assigned administrative projects aimed at advancing infusion therapy and supporting the growth of the company’s clinical programs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Active Pharmacist License in California</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty infusion, home infusion, or hospital-based IV therapy, with a strong clinical background in Ig therapy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently in urgent situations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with IV pumps, infusion therapy protocols, and specialty medications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in an after-hours setting</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prior experience in an on-call or overnight pharmacist role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Background in research or process improvement initiatives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">AmeriPharma’s Mission Statement </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Our goal is to achieve superior clinical and economic outcomes while maintaining the utmost compassion and care for our patients.
