font-size: 12pt\">High School Diploma, AA Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous roofing experience strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current Driver’s License with no restrictions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Successfully pass drug screen and background check</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist Foreman and lead in the completion of tasks related to removing and installing, or repairing roofing systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Installation of quality roofing in a safe and efficient manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Adhere to worksite safety regulations, including OSHA and L&amp;I compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintenance of project worksites, ensuring a safe, clean work place</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain company issued equipment in good operational order</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
