    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Supplier Quality Control Analyst Sr. <strong>(Kings HWY)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will support various projects as a Supplier Quality Analyst. The Supplier Quality (SQ) Analyst is responsible for assuring contracted material and accompanying documentation conforms to Purchase Order (PO) requirements. </p>\n<p>The SQ Analyst interprets part description and Purchase Order data to determine requirements, selects the appropriate inspection plan, then performs and defines hardware inspection. </p>\n<p>SQ Analyst duties include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyzing specifications and certifications for conformity</li>\n <li>Developing and executing inspection plans</li>\n <li>Devising and implementing quality procedures</li>\n <li>Communicating technical details, both verbally and in writing, with EB engineering and inspection, and with external suppliers</li>\n <li>Recognizing and resolving emergent quality issues</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n <li><strong>Travel may be required – 50 to 75%</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent</li>\n <li>4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, quality analysis, material inspection or operations</li>\n <li>Experience interpreting contractual requirements, manufacturing drawings, and military or commercial specifications </li>\n <li>Experience in using precision measuring equipment </li>\n <li>Proficient in MS-Office and related software</li>\n <li>Ability to travel based on business needs from 50-75%</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical Trade School Certification, Diploma, or Associates Degree</li>\n <li>Previous experience with Manufacturing Resources and Planning databases such as Microsoft Projects</li>\n <li>Proficiency in inspection of concentrated disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, materials, valves</li>\n <li>Previous experience with NDT methods and inspection criteria</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Desired Core Values and Proven Professional Attributes</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills</li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong independent management skills</li>\n <li>Responsible and dependable</li>\n <li>Focused and detail oriented</li>\n <li>Organized and prepared</li>\n <li>Adaptable and trainable</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Qualifications</h2>Kneeling, Medium Lifting, Reaching, Stooping, Twisting\n<h2>Environmental Attributes</h2>Dusty, Inside, Noise",
