      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience supporting or maintaining industrial equipment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.</li>\n<li>Experience utilizing CMMS platforms for maintenance planning and tracking.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with reliability methodologies such as RCM, RCFA, FMEA, and TPM.</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and electrical systems.</li>\n<li>Ability to analyze maintenance data and implement corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working directly in a production environment and supporting field activities as needed.</li>\n"
