En intégrant les services de courtage de Luxaviation ONE au sein du groupe, nous garantissons une disponibilité accrue d’avions dans le monde entier, tout en offrant un service sur mesure, au-delà même de notre propre flotte.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du développement de Luxaviation ONE et afin de dynamiser les affrètements charter cargo, nous recherchons un <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsable des Opérations Cargo en CDI,</span> pour garantir la bonne exécution des vols affrétés (fret général, humanitaire, industriel, urgent), dans le respect des normes de sécurité, des délais et de la satisfaction client. Le poste est basé à <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Aix-en-Provence</span>, avec des déplacements ponctuels possibles en France et à l’international.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vos principales responsabilités</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planification et suivi des vols cargo</span> : Organiser et superviser les opérations de fret aérien, analyser la faisabilité technique (type avion, charges utiles, contraintes aéroportuaires) et assurer le suivi en temps réel.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Conformité réglementaire</span> : Garantir le respect des réglementations internationales (EASA, OACI, DGAC, IATA), vérifier la conformité des opérateurs et gérer les autorisations de survol et d’atterrissage.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Coordination des partenaires</span> : Piloter les relations avec compagnies aériennes, transitaires, handlers et fournisseurs, assurer la qualité des prestations et résoudre les litiges.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gestion des imprévus</span> : Réagir rapidement aux urgences (retards, AOG, blocages douaniers, crises géopolitiques) et mettre en place des solutions alternatives efficaces.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Optimisation et amélioration continue</span> : Suivre les KPI, optimiser les coûts d’exploitation et contribuer à la digitalisation des processus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Profil recherché</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Formation :</span> Bac +3/5 en transport aérien, logistique/supply chain ou commerce international.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Expérience :</span> Minimum 5 ans dans les opérations cargo aérien, avec une solide expérience en gestion de vols charter et coordination multi-acteurs (compagnies aériennes, transitaires, handlers). Une expérience en courtage ou au sein d’une compagnie cargo est fortement appréciée.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compétences :</span> Bonne maîtrise des contraintes cargo (charges, autorisations, douanes), lecture NOTAM &amp; météo, connaissance des avions cargo. The position is based in Aix-en-Provence, with occasional travel in France and internationally.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cargo flight planning and monitoring:</span> Organize and supervise air freight operations, analyze technical feasibility (aircraft type, payload, airport constraints), and ensure real-time monitoring.<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regulatory compliance:</span> Ensure compliance with international regulations (EASA, ICAO, DGAC, IATA), verify operator compliance, and manage overflight and landing permits.<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partner coordination:</span> Manage relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, handlers, and suppliers; ensure service quality and resolve disputes.<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Crisis and contingency management:</span> Respond quickly to emergencies (delays, AOG, customs issues, geopolitical crises) and implement effective alternative solutions.<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Optimization and continuous improvement:</span> Monitor KPIs, optimize operating costs, and contribute to the digitalization of processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (+3/5) in air transport, logistics/supply chain, or international business.<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Minimum 5 years in air cargo operations, with strong experience in charter flight management and multi-stakeholder coordination (airlines, forwarders, handlers). Experience in brokerage or with a cargo airline is highly valued.<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Strong command of cargo constraints (payloads, permits, customs), ability to read NOTAMs and weather reports, knowledge of cargo aircraft.
