Essential Duties Key Responsibilities: Provide information and education to support xPL project teams to engage in continuous improvement practices and activities using lean concepts, methodology, and principles. /li> Conduct on-going manufacturing facility audits, to review facility project status, identify challenges and opportunities, and work with xPL operations and leadership teams to establish measurable goals for improvement. /li> Provide guidance to facilitate project teams to adopt learning resources to develop and follow a structured plan to achieve manufacturing goals. /li> Develop educational workshops to support development and implementation of assigned facility improvements and innovation. /li> Be accessible and develop consistent presence on manufacturing floor to work with each team to establish and set up lean practices (e.g., Visual Management, 5S, others). /li> Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
