As the hardworking boots on the ground, handling the bulk of the hands-on work done on each project, Integrators play a key role in new church campuses opening, existing services expanding their reach, and providing streamlined solutions for churches. The Integration Manager role is for those with substantial knowledge of Audio, Video, Lighting, and construction, who are ready to begin gaining experience in areas of greater technical complexity and lead others toward successful completion of projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: none\"><br></span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none\">Responsibilities of the Role</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Permanently installing, pre-commissioning, troubleshooting, and verifying quality control of AVL systems on job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-decoration: none\">Leading and managing daily tasks and teams of 3-12 integrators over the duration of a project</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-decoration: none\">Coaching and training integration staff in the latest construction practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-decoration: none\">Ensuring a safe working environment at job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-decoration: none\">Driving and flying to and from job sites, oftentimes across the country </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: none\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Minimum 3 years experience with AVL technology and general construction experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-decoration: none\">4+ years experience leading teams and projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-decoration: none\">Willingness to travel a lot and work hard.
