    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Seeking Seasonal Music Assistants to join our Divisional Headquarters Team</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Seasonal opportunities offer Sick time</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>This position will assist the Music Department in operating the Divisional Music and Arts Conservatory, Divisional Music and Arts Camp and Corps Music Week Program</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Music and Arts Conservatory and Music, Arts and Jr. Soldier Camp</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with setting up and preparing for music ministries at Long Point Camp</li>\n <li>Conduct and/or assist in devotions</li>\n <li>Participate/lead in chorus as assigned by</li>\n <li>Participate/lead elective classes</li>\n <li>Meet each day with member of Music and Arts Department</li>\n <li>Assist in other duties assigned by the Divisional Music Director and/or Assistant Divisional Music Director.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Corps Summer Music Week</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize a 5-day music program at their local corps in conjunction with Corps Officer and/or Local Officer</li>\n <li>Identify a minimum of 6 students to participate in the week</li>\n <li>Work with the Divisional Music Department to identify proper curriculum and music</li>\n <li>Make all copies of materials needed for classes</li>\n <li>Identify potential volunteers with the help of Corps Officers and/or Local Officer</li>\n <li>Plan a daily schedule</li>\n <li>Set up a performance schedule for students involved</li>\n <li>Meet daily (virtually) with member of the Music Department</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties:  </strong>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
