Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Lead prefab kickoff meetings and define project-specific prefabrication scope of work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and maintain prefab production schedules aligned with project installation milestones</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate detailing priorities and confirm drawing packages are complete prior to production release</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Review construction documents and drawings to ensure constructability and alignment with real-world field means and method</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Sequence prefab assemblies based on installation-driven requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Translate required quantities into production duration based on established shop capacity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor prefab labor hours against estimated budgets and identify variances</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate prefab-related change requests and pricing, within delegated authority</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Facilitate regular prefab coordination meetings between field project teams and shop leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure material requirements are identified and aligned with production schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Validate assemblies are complete and installation-ready prior to shipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Spend regular time on the shop floor reviewing assemblies and working directly with production teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Visit project sites as needed to confirm constructability and gather field feedback</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Identify schedule, detailing, or material risks impacting production and escalate appropriately</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with Shop Superintendents to align weekly production priorities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Perform other duties as assigned</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span>:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Equivalent field experience and demonstrated competency will be considered in place of formal education</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum three (3) years of field construction experience required.
